a Blood Moon. what does it mean? is it random?

vary good and fun but that last fight only 2 out of 3 hero's work.

i don't know wear to ask this so here it is

i can't seem to find the ssp 100m for nimble. i have been looking all over the Yantar underground and can't find it. is it in the room with the brain?. if so i can't find a way past the brain.

i need help. i can't even find someone who knows if it is even in the game
