Liechtenstein is a microstate so there's no purpose in adding it unless you just really want to play a one-province country. Same for Andorra, San Marino and Monaco. They're barely visible on maps.

I haven't played as the CSA but not being able to survive as it would be an even bigger problem.
The USA getting nuked doesn't make a whole lot of sense. There isn't any context to it.

The thing is... this is the only thing that happens. I've played the WW2 scenario a few times and I've NEVER seen the Allies win. Seriously, you need to do something. Also, Germany annexes the USSR regardless of what you do, which basically means game over for any other nation.
