How you did for a Minor Civ only ally with some Major civs and not others? And more, have available some techs/units available only for some civs?

No prevision to be fully playable. But at least four civs from different cultures should be released soon.

It's someway similar to all AoE Series. Have features from AoE1, AoK and AoE3.

Actually all AoE series have four ages, except AoE3. In professional games is pretty hard to get the Age V. But you are the modder, you know how this new game will work, so you decide the number of ages :).

Romans will appear as Roman Republic.
Celts are confirmed to the mod.
