I'll look into what's going on, I'll report back any issues I could find. The hypothesis I think is that I think is that the mobile device can't read the .ogg files.

A intermediate Undertale Modder here, you need to download the zip file to YOUR PC, not your phone. Then make sure the data.win file has not been modded and apply the patch. Then rename to game.droid

Then put the game.droid file and all the ogg files into the assets folder, then back out and run "createapk.bat". A security popup will appear when you run it, click "More Info" then "Run Anyway". Then connect your phone and click on the apk file, then press send to > phone name, go into your files, then run the apk. You should be good to go there.

First, get things started:
You need a Steam account (2 if you are getting your friend to play remotely too)
Set the streaming mode to "Desktop", as this will allow custom buttons
Set you and your friend's custom button to the following:
Player 1: (ignore if you are playing on pc as player one) Arrow Up, Arrow down, Arrow left, Arrow right, Enter, Shift, and Control.
Player 2: W, A, S, D, Z, X, and C.
