The melody is from some muslim call to prayer "song". I was trying to look for some arabic melodies that I could practice playing with my keyboard... I didn't quite find, but this one sounded nice too, so I made a little song of it.
It doesn't have any calling/singing... though maybe it could have worked through a vocoder.
I tried making the song a bit like a chiptune.
