I was playing on 1.0 and then I had a decent army to take a fort on my own. Won the battle, pressed tab. And then the game crashed. Retry, same. I should have the latest version of the game.

They are Italy. At least in Native. They are like medieval italian states, like venice. Also, as this is a fantasy world, why not mixing styles?

This would be the way of how modders make banners. For your own custom banner, you would make one with some Paint-ish program, and replace the one you like the least from the vanilla game with yours. If you do so, remember to copy the gamefiles..... you never know if you accidentally kill the game.

Hmmm.... Revolts would be very cool features. For example smaller Revolts where some Revolutionaries take over a city and build up an army, and you got to end them before they get serious, and some bigger Revolutions which change the leader of a faction if successfull. Like making the Claimant thing something that can happen without help of the player.

This is not 1815, this is 1870! Go play Napoleonic Wars OP Cav, but leave us alone with the mods where cavalry is not stupidly annoying. You ever heard of the battle of Königgrätz? Prussians fought against Austrians, and they won because they had breechloaders, not cavalry. Also, why should you write like such a long text which says only a sigle thing? Please Devs, do not make us annoyed by cavalry.
