Seen and experienced this once :
After killing a Zombie (in my case the hammer) I died, saw something similar happen to another guy, din't remember the weapon he was using though :)

I have a few suggestions i don't know if you are open to that kind of stuff atm, but I would love to see that you could reload 'during' a ammocheck instead of:' Take Clip Out of Weapon, Check Clip, Re-insert Clip, Then Reload' it would be nice if you could: Take Clip Out, Check, Replace with a new if near empty or just want to reload' :)
Also I would like (this is for the guns only not rifles etc.) that you could 'combine them meaning that you could use both at the same time and hold flashlight in one hand and then use that and the arm to 'guide' the other hand where you would carry the pistol as in this clip Youtube.com at 9:52 from saw 2 (sry only example I was able to find ;) )

Name what about something like:
Cold Blood & Warm Hearts, oh well I don't know :b

God! I used this for a school project with a friend once, it was on our frontpage! :P

I was watching some of the mapping in HypernovA and I was wondering where you got the development textures, and if there are other than just the floor texture in the .wad (assuming it's a .wad), I would die for a link! :D (Not literally :b )
