its a great mod but I have no idea what i am doing because all the words are in squares

all the words are not shown they all come up as zeros so its hard to see what any of the settings are but there are some words that you can see.

is there any way you could up the max squad and support caps for chaos????? cause it starts at 10 and ends at 30 and the sm start at 20 and end at 50.

everything is great with the mod but when you play with sm or csm it takes a little one fore you to field a formidable army before the other army overwhelm you is there any more power ups for the csm to give them more of an edge?????
