I can launch the game without issues, however, none of the mod changes show up. All I can see is the base game.

My first time checking out this page, and looking to try it, but I have encountered similar problems. I have no idea, but are you running a 64 bit OS? that may be the problem. A few years back I tried to download a mod that only worked for a 64 bit OS, and it crashed without an error message.

How do you install this mod? I found the .exe, but it gives me an error, and I don't understand why. It is in the C:/ and the path is apparently in the E:/ drive
