how do i downgrade my gta sa i found one but after i saved it there wasnt an option to download it only to open it and when i do that it opens in win.rar and doesnt work...

how can u tell if the gta i have is v1.0 or v2.0 i know i need 1.0 to download the mods and stuff properly but i cant even figure out the img tool the tutorial u set up my img tool didnt come up like that it opened up through win.rar and looks way differant it has the read me and etc. in it but thts it
