i have some experimental Build files, but considering how the pirates have two motherships in a sense and they will be on par Power wise. i would like to stay away from that. now being able to replace them might make its way in. but i am still on the fence about that.

there is a reasoning behind this. i will look through my notes i took from the old Forum topics to get you an answer. but lets just say the pirates found something.... (Surprise hint:D)

if i ever get far enough i would like to replace the motherships for the main races with something more "Smaller and Fleet Centric" over "Super Race Ship" if you get my meaning. so i could revisit those at some point. but the Pirates come first :D

i have some build LUA's that someone made which work in testing. but i would need someone to give the AI an overhaul if i put them in. plus i have yet to test them with a mod build. its on the list but its low priority ATM.

well in the time it would take to dissect those mods. (which i personally do not want to as i feel its a form of plagiarism.) i think i can learn to mod HW2 again and find a new 3D modeling program. Then start playing with ideas i have in the Hw2 engine !

so i will just take the harder route....

hey guys just want to all to know that i am attempting to get back to working on things again.

i was in contact with someone who made there own bug fix version for the mod but have not heard back from them in the last few months.

i plan on trying again after i get a new HW2 Disk (you should see my old one you would know i used it often ) i plan on trying to start over. i will make a similar post on the moddb page.

PS: anyone trying to contact me VIA the Pirates mod email needs to add the address to their safe list so i can email you back. i have tried to reply to several emails from people but am getting blocked.

a small announcement due to real life (moving to a new house) i am delaying the release to the end of the month during this time i will have limited internet.

its a known bug and i am currently trying to put a bug fix release together so please be patient watch the mod topic at the official web page link for the latest updates i give me more attention than moddb at this time.
