Adding karma collision via 3Ds MAX. (only 3 types MCDBX,MCDCY,MCDSP)

You need karma collision primitives in your models, and bBlockKarma setting - true
Try to host server with "mpDGT-Asylum.***", and change map via admin panel to your map with cars.
An old bulid of Unreal Engine can not initialize math engine (karma) at first map, the only one solution to starts server with map without karma objects (cars).

So, exists simple way: open console in game, type there SET INPUT F USE and F key will be enter key for vehicles
