I believe you must speak to the master at arms at each city/castle, i.e., Winterfell you can recruit Stark troops. You must have very good relations with that faction, however. I'm not sure what level it must be at.
Edit: according to the FAQ, you must own the fief.

Started a new game, some Lannister troops have bolton shields. Some wielding scimitars. Unsullied look completely different and not like unsullied at all. Houses seem to have troops mixed around. Tried redownloading as well as fully reinstalling M&B:W. Is this a bug or was something totally changed that could explain this?

So, does the Reunited Kingdom get the units of both Gondor and Arnor?

Does the 'time until more units available' for units reduce once factions can train all of their units? Great mod, but I want to be able to recruit large armies, and right now have 36 turns until a new unit is available. Again, I truly mean it this is a fantastic mod, I just want to know if I'll be able to recruit faster or if I need to edit some values so myself and the ai can get more troops.

Is there a steam launch option so I can just launch it from one of the kingdoms options when I start the game via steam?

How do I get the ZPM from Proclarush Taonas? I've taken SG-1 to the repo of knowledge, followed all the instructions, but I also don't have bratac. Does that effect it as well?

Would you mind explaining which values do what in the party morale in scripts.txt?

Sorry, not all values. I just want to have a larger army and im at -400 morale for party size. Want to fix that.

So those regional units can only be recruited and replenished in certain regions I assume?

Can you only ask permission for a lady's hand at feasts? I don't remember it being that way before

Trying to marry Sansa or Arya but who do I ask for permission? Lists them as Eddard's daughters but obviously he's dead at this point so I'd assume I would ask Robb? Just confused on that. Thanks in advance for a response!

How do I cross the river? I get to the Old Ford by Beournings(sorry about the spelling) Village and I can't cross, and I don't see anywhere else to cross.

Not complaining, I just figured I'd report that after applying the 2nd hotfix that my game started running much slower, lagging, and suddenly enemies do a lot more damage to me than before, I can't get anything done. I'm not using cheats, I don't know what's going on so I figured I'd let you know just in case. Great mod

so this patch is for the plain 1.3 mod? i have windows 7 so its annoying to extract it since it doesnt just say whatever yur files name is, its all the files inside and i cant go up one level to show the one file theyre all in

no problem just thinking the Tauri need a ship more like the show like the Phoenix (pretty much the odyessey style, or upgraded daedalus for those that dont know) it dominated almost everything it fought

i thinnk the city ship is way underpowered and an Odyssey-type Daedalus class should be added for capital ships, stronger shields beam weapons missles lots of railguns for anti ship and anti fighter use just throwin my opinion in for consideration oh, and destiny moved up to a captial ship the one with colonization ability

ive been having issues with GC idk if this problem has been reported, but in Gc and battles, sometimes i cant select a fleet or units in the battle i couldnt fire the planetary defense turbolaser even, idk why it happened but no i cant attack, defend, or move even this only occurs sometimes, but it will still happen if i load my saved game please help!!! :(

yeah id go with anti replicator weapon or something like thors hammer but only works on enemies
