That is because this is an early alpha build. If you had read the download description, you would know that this version uses vanilla unit rosters as placeholders.

The Argent Dawn are an emergent faction so they are unplayable in the campaign, but they will be available in custom battles.

I don't know why those areas were shown in winter on the video. The Foresaken are an emergent faction that will emerge if the scourge conquer most of lordaeron but have low public order.
