It's a godsent honestly, the ESL takes me out quite a lot, so this is super appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to make this fix.

I am lucky that the mod loader I'm using only modifies the game's index.html, so it is compatible with this.

Buuut if one has a game with Frapollo's mod or this English fix mod already, it's possible to cherrypick out the changes since the two mods change very different things (it'd just take some hours of work). Applying the list of changes this mod makes to the game files using a python script or batch file would be super convenient and compatible with any mod. Hope it will be realised!

Actually... I just did a little test and this mod was compatible with MY current setup. I am using Mattiefm.itch.io this mod for the "save anytime" feature (it requires unencrypting the game), and afterwards I just copied in the files from the English mod, overwriting whatever it asked about and voila, it works (you can very quickly verify by New Game -> Knight description), and I still can save anytime.

Using the English mod with Frapollo's fix will be a little less straightforward.

If you're going to do this, back up the game files just in case, then download the English mod and extract it. You will need something like WinMerge, a comparison tool, to check the differences between the files. You'll want to compare the /www/data folder of your game (should have the Frapollo mod installed already) and the downloaded mod's /www/data folder. It will sort of look like this: I.imgur.com

You will then want to check the differences between each file and cherrypick which changes to keep exactly. Here's a screenshot of one of the file comparisons:
I.imgur.com

I made a short video for you to show what it's like to be doing this one by one: Youtu.be

You'll want to ignore the "flavour text" stuff (ie the stuff you read on the UI as the player) and focus on the text that looks like it's changing gameplay, ie "code:22, value:0.1"

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Hi, sorry to bother you here, I'd like to know if you made any progress on making the English translation fix for Fear and Hunger a standalone mod? Thank you
