No big reason to threat - updates to different games on Steam can break mods all the time. The simple fix in the meantime is to revert to the game version that the mod was stable on. Luckily, the 'mac_retail_1.1 - macOS 10.14.6 or older only' "beta" is working just fine on my Windows 11 PC. A quick online search can help if you get stuck. I've been playing the mod for the past 2 hours with no crashes.
