Do yourself a favor a take a peek at the quests txt file. I found some quests there not yet implemented, namely:
A quest to rescue Jamie
A quest involving both quaithe and the nightfort
A Nights Watch quest involving Gueren

The others are old quests from previous versions, that were taken out (the old NW and Targ questlines)

Exciting changes coming according to patreon. Really looking forward to 7.0.

The crying women says to look for the Tor, im guessing that means Glastonbury Tor- Ynys Wydryn, IRL. Im guessing this is Ineswitrin in the mod? But ive asked Merlin, Arthur, all his men, every nearby elder or guild master... nothing

Keep talking to village elders until one says "I have heard the sounds of a horn recently..." or something. Its a subtle difference in the genereic dialogue so watch out. Then look for "Briton Deserter" in that village.
In the end, the dude was hiding out im my village i built.
