I have installed the STRELOK fix patch and Patch 06, still cannot disable Strelok psy shield and the psy shield meter is gone, what did I do wrong?

Suggestions: Try to make gauss rifle rate higher than before

I did grab the gauss rifle, just can't finish strelok's psy shield meter even though it's just a bit more, when I quick load last save, the meter all empty but strelok keep still at the same place behind the box near the stair to final level

Quick question, why can't I finish off STRELOK at CNPP fight...and why do I have to run across the map to get the gauss rifle

I seem to have trouble with sleeping bag...every time I click on, it says "You can not sleep because of low health" and my screen become hazy like the character is sleepy

Please make sleep time feature...I can't kill time by standing doing nothing and....no gamedata in standalone pack, aside from that everything is okay so far. Keep up the good work mate ;)
