Hey, I looked up the script in the HPS file that were giving you the problem and I could not find anything wrong with the function that you said were the issue, although the only solution I might recommend that could work is if you try and get amnesia for steam instead of a torrent.

I'm guessing that the torrent version might get you the errors in some custom stories.

hehe yes but you can download the normal version and the hard version separately so you don't have to play that version if you don't want too! x)

Just an update guys, after the release of HGA on moddb me and TheBackPackPlayer are planing to release another version of this soon after HGA is released and it will be HARD MODE, kind of what the original creators did in the new version of amnesia.

everything will be the same except maybe fewer oil potions along with 1 life only, you die you have to restart from the beginning ;)

We thought it would be interesting to give it a try!

You can still save the game and all although if you die all of your saves will be deleted :P

Yeah we had in mind for this mod that it only would contain 3-4 maps where you go back and forth, but right now this mod will definitely have more (I think) TheBackPackPlayer is the one that comes up with everything so.. xD

With the 3-4 hours of estimated time, we MIGHT have exaggerated a little bit. Although we took our time when we played through it to try it out, so that might have been our time to finish the custom story i guess xD

The only thing I'm afraid of
is that it MIGHT contain some ganme-breaking bugs since TheBackPackPlayer tested it on his computer and then there was huge game-breaking bugs for him but not for me so for the moment I'm just REALLY hoping that it will be bug-free xD

And by the way if you have the custom story "curse of ripley manor" installed on your computer you might run into a bug that will make you unable to complete hunting ground.

Be sure to uninstall that and all it's interior before you proceed with playing hunting ground. The curse of ripley manor is known for causing problems for other custom stories.

Do you mean in the mansion? If so there is nothing in the meeting room of importance but in the study room past the meeting room there is a hidden key somewhere in the room (dont wanna spoil too much though :P) I hope this helps and sorry for the late response :) // TeeZaah

Just a little note from the creators here :P

There WILL be an update on this custom story, TheBackPackPlayer have noticed quiet a lot of things that needs to be fixed, not big things just small ones so there will probably be an update within 1 or 2 weeks from now. :)

You should be able to walk close to one of the metal doors where all the angel statues are located and when you walk close to one of the doors there should be a monster that spawns inside that room but beware of the monster, he will destroy that door to walk away. Inside that room there is a key to unlock another door etc, I really hope this helps :P

Hmm.. Do you mean the crowbar in the sewers? Before you pick up that crowbar you need to find a key which is located in another room in a metal bucket (it is pretty hard to see it though). The room has a sign right next to it that says: Office, if I remember correctly, and with that key you can unlock 1 of the doors in the corridor that is facing each other. I hope this helps and that this was the crowbar you meant. :)
