I cant see how a jungle above a taiga can be pretty, but that's not exactly the case, is it? I imagine a hills biome, then high mountains and to finish a snowy biome (snow on mountain tops), or, maybe a taiga on top of a snowy desert, or, the extreme extreme extreme hills mountains whatever you see on that 3rd screenshot

I actually it just might, cause I lagg because everytime I start It loads the whole chunk (above and underground)so it takes more time. But with this the underground would only start loading when you are nearing it, I love the idea!

While I do prefer New Vegas, I do think that Fallout 3 had more combat and that coop may be more fun in this. However as soon as you get everything working, like dialog and all that, I hope someone will get it on NV as it would also be epic to play.

It's not an AK (may be be based off it), but it looks like it. Honestly, if you love paying attention to detail, it's a good choice. An AK47 has a firing rate of incredibly ******* high (almost never seen in games) and a force that allows it to knock down a brick wall in 1-2 magazines ( 3-6 seconds. That would make it pretty much overpowered in... well most games. Now I don't know about this gun, but I suppose it differs in those points AND reliability (bad experiences with Romanian AKs).

If I wanted to play through the whole New Vegas storyline with a friend (incl. DLC), would I be able to do that now or should I rather wait for further updates?

btw, since there will be many weapon slots left next to the original III weapons, you could add some Vice City guns as secret weapons (thats all far away for now)

you should change CJ's walk and run animations, I've seen some that strongly resembled CJ's in GTA IV. Nice job overall, and I know it's a beta, but theres still alot of changes like removing the IV hats from the cops and some car replacements (a friend of mine might know a fix for the hat). But again it's a beta and you did something i thought was unneeded.

Okay, so there's KF retail and this UT 2004 mod. Are they in any way connected? Is it the same developer? If not, isn't that copyright?

It also depends a little on the ammo, like if it were hollow points (I've used them) it would make hell of a lot difference
