No, if it was an Icon then it would be perfectly square, not rectangular.
i present my critical criticism:
1. not of chinese style,
2. too light in my opinion, beef it up!!
3. change the texture, sure, it is green but.. does not fit with the other chinese units
4. use the regular tread texture
5. the style is american so, change it, the turret could use heavy modfication
6. and the chassis... does not fit either
Bajesus, it's a beta Predator! There was a much different concept of China before the full game was released. This was going to be their Heavy Tank, not Super heavy but Heavy, under the OverLord and over the BattleMaster. All of China would have had this style. I also think it'd be a good USA heavy tank, but who knows. You're a critic, always a critical critic.
redo it, make it heavier if it is supposed to be a heavy tank,
and change it to chinese style, fix the chassis, the front end looks bad tilted down to the front, raise it so it looks like overlord's, heavily modify the turret as to make it rounder, like the overlord or U shaped like the overlord, or etc,etc, and yes, i know it is beta predator, and i made modifications to this model, but for now, does not fit china, re-make the textures and it is american

simple resizing, heh, and you will not be a modeler if you don't try to learn and just because it's larger does not mean it's heavier, it's the look itself, make it heavier

it was the cut asset from alpha version of Generals that planned used for China (Khan to be exact), but since beta stage the developer team decided to redo the whole game that will become the Generals that we see now.

i do know that, i did modification to it, and i DO know it was for china, but it does not fit with the current china,
so it needs to be redone, etc,etc,etc,etc
It'll take a while for me to learn modeling anyways. I could skin it. You say things like they'll take 5 minutes. I suppose you rush your models? You complete them very quickly.
it takes me around 10-30 mins to make a regular model, which is a long while
and 1-4 hours for a good one, so you can say i rush, but nah,
if you want, gimme some schematics or a blueprint, i will modify it, blah, blah and make a model, but it will take a long time because
1. no USB
2. no internet
3. limited internet access
4. modelling and modifying

Size = x.xx (assuming X is a number)
Scale, not size.
