The problem with this one is that, its way too dark, and the enemies (clothed in black) are hard to spot.
Alot of enemy visibility and readability issues

Not big fan of a manager app, Vortex/Nexus is already a hassle

While I'm loving the mod so far, the exploding headcrab enemy is a terrible design choice that is detrimental to the experience.

Weird question but is there a version of this or setting-in mod that keeps all the vanilla gameplay and balance while also having EF's QoL features like FOV and modern resolution?

I love this, but sometimes I wonder if its necessary to remake something thats already in the base game, Valve kinda warned about this, how alot of ambitious HL2 mods end up dying/defunct due to them constantly trying to reinvent the wheel.
