Cant think of a good name image - Stygs

Since the orignal composit armor textures are unused in TWA, I decided to add them as Peacekeeper and Missile Defender Squads, two neutral units that could be used as civilian units in maps. The current TWA build is full of pointless units, so these two fit right in :D

It should be noted that in TW, the Rifle Men get a bulkier model after the upgrade (the other soldiers stay the same) while in TWA, its just a texture swap.
