stuck on the "Loading textures..." Screen, it does the first part of the loading super quick but when it try's the load the textures, it just inches along for like 15 minutes and then stops. I disabled the shaders and it got further but eventually crashed with a run time error. Does anyone know how to fix it?

A lot of scenes textures don't load and just comes up black. I joined a northern army and when we entered a siege the entire castle, the castle, and half the armies armor was black. I tried lowering the texture detail and tried the low red version but it's not working. If anyone could help that would be awesome!
Also Im running a 32 bit windows vista

Are you working on the run Time error? I'm really looking forward to playing the mod but it keeps crashing after the character creation menu. Also I have no idea why but the character creator tanks my FPS.

how do i install this? my third age is installed in a folder called "Third Age" but this sub-mods installs on a folder called "Third Age 3" do i just merge the data? also, What version of Third age is the mod compatible with?
