You must add <joystick enable="1"/> into the config.xml which is in ~/.ProjectBlackSun. It is disabled in linux because some usb devices causes some problems and makes the game unplayable. For example in our test SFML though usb mouse as joystick.

There are only two options for keyboard controls and support for Xbox 360 controller. We are so busy at the moment so we haven't had time to add customizable controls.

Hmm. At this moment I can't say what could be the cause of the problem. Our oldest computer which uses ATI graphics card is using newer HD 2400 so it can be a little difficult to pinpoint the problem.

We use SFML 2.0 and it seems that it requires glew1.6 to compile.

You can edit config.xml which is located in Documents\ProjectBlackSun (mac library/application support/projectblacksun. There is resolution type which you can change to 0 or 1. Or you can just delete config.xml.

We didn't have time to implement customizable controls but if you have the xbox controller you should able to play the game. =)

It actually supports Xbox controller (maybe works with other gamepads as well as long as it has 8 buttons and d-pad). We apology that it is poorly mentioned.
