I've installed the mod and got it working with SpecialK (latest development build from Kaldaien's discord, but I can't get a few things working.

1) When I try to alt+tab, it doesn't switch windows. I have to use Alt+Enter first before I can Alt+Tab.

2) How do I get reshade to work with this? I'm using latest SpecialK which allows global injection instead of locally installing to the game folder and renaming DLL's. Does this mod use any DLL's to inject that would interfere with ReShade?

Hmm. Using latest firefox version (of this time: 36.0) with add-ons disabled. I still get the ads blocked.
Between "Spybot - Search & Destroy 2" (for hosts file "immunize feature") and "SpywareBlaster" (another hosts file blacklisting function) and MalwareBytes' "Anti-Malware" and "Anti-Exploit", something's still blocking ads.
However, I'll look into subbing this week after I get some other things done.
