Intellectual property rights some of the models in this image we believe belong to RHS. Rhsmods.org. We are filing a complaint with MODDB at this time.
There is a readme in the package with instructions
Not at the moment. Perhaps later.
Well we won't be doing it. Way to much work.
It is natural to see ot progress to a better engine, with better features. Besides the way we see it, Arma 3 needs this sort of content more than ever, as many people are not happy with the vanilla content at all.
Yes this is in the plans, albeit a little further into the future.
Yes, more realistic FCS for vehicles is planned.
Yes we are! Sorry for the quiet time, we've moved to A3 and are in full swing of bringing the mod over and adding very cool new things. We don't have a new mdb page for it yet, BUT you can keep up with our devblog on facebook: Facebook.com
Flora patters to us is more dear. Since the mod does not have any specific timeline, we thought it would be more appropriate since it has been used from the 90s. The digipattern by the way is already being replaced by a new design. Here are Russian paratroopers training in Germany last year:
There isn't a list yet as its all top secret for now :) Oh and also not finalized haha.
No, we will not mess around with other mod's, it not our job. But we will however provide some invincible counterparts :P
I am afraid not :( but we are knee deep in 0.2 development. An intermediate release would only slow us down. Happy to say though that the list of things making it into 0.2 has become even larger :)
Some of these vehicles are planned, yes.
The documentation at Afrf.redhammer.su contains the list of included vehicles. Future things will be revealed closer to release of 0.2.
That's really more of a crack at ITV though.
At some point yes. We are still waiting for permission to edit some of the original models that come with the game, but also a bunch of new content is planned.
Yes weapons are also a big deal for us, its just that our weapons artist struggles to find appropriate amount of time for this and to his high standard. After all the weapon is what gets stared at a lot and right in your face :)
We don't really have a list but if we did it would be super secret :). What I can tell you is that we are investing time into some more APCs, command vehicles, anti-aircraft and artillery systems. Oh and more tanks of course :)
Even if they did try, it is unlikely that we would become commercial. Money has a tendency of causing internal disputes over who gets what. If the project would have been eyeballed as commercial from the start, steps could have been taken to prevent that, but as of now we are not looking to become payware.
By the way, we are also on facebook now: Facebook.com
yes, but we need to expand our addon base a little more :)
none by default. But you can grab it from a crate that you can place in the editor or add it through a script line.
I don't quite understand what you mean by more separable? And as for the T-80BVK we feel that the balance is finally ok, we also need room for improved tanks like T-80U and T-90, otherwise they would have to be completely invincible. More info on armor values: Afrf.redhammer.su and ammo values: Afrf.redhammer.su
There is a replacement pack out there: Armaholic.com which replaces vanilla A2 russians with our guys and their weapons. Other than that I'm afraid there is no way to not have so many AK-74Ms, its the standard russian rifle and everyone wants to have one in their mod, I just hope that with ours we hopped a few steps in quality ;)
You may have not noticed but the penetration values for our weapons are actually the same or graded against vanilla. So in this case the 30mm cannon on BMP-2 has same properties as the original BMP-2 ammo had. We kept it this way for balance and not to break original missions.
