Waiting for KoH2 I got hyped and installed the Ultimate Edition Mod for KoH1 again and saw your comment about it from last year. Dunno if that problem still remains for you. I only needed to make sure to delete all remaining files on C: (and ofc the Steam folder) after deinstalling it. (It only found 6 or so under the /User folder.)
