Is there a way to install this when your Steam is installed on a different drive than C?

You know, you can just go to

C:\ProgramFiles\Steam\steamapps\common\mountblade warband\Modules

Wherever you installed Steam, go to it, then steamapps\common\mountblade warband\Modules and do the same thing that the install guide says. Just dump the Europe 1200 folder in the Modules folder.

Though in reply to Sgt. Dan, I also side with the "Good Guys" except when the "Bad Guys" have really cool kit, like in Star Wars.

In 2142, I would say the EU was the good side, as the EU was minding it's business, trying to evacuate when the PAC came in and tried to steal the EU's land.

Yeah, the rebs were a bunch of weak hobos, while the Empire had strength, dignity, and the coolest kit.

In reply to Tox(sic), the Empire did have a sucky leader (though he was cool). The later Empire had good leaders though, like Thrawn and Pellaeon.

Also, I have the Gold pack, and I can't figure out if I need to patch the game or not. I think it's up to date, because whenever I use the patcher, it says that it can't find FOC no matter how many times I re-install. I can't figure out how to check my version, and it's getting frustrating. I'm no modder, but I know how they work and how to get them working most of the time, so I'm no noob by any means, though this mod continueosly stumps me.

If anyone can help, posting on this page or PM-ing me would be great.

Hey, I got this mod to work on my main comp once, and I have the same probs on my Win 7 LT, but this time I can't figure out how to fix it. I have followed all of you're instructions, I have tried deleting the GRAPHICDETAILS.xml for both the mod, and the vanilla game, I have tried everything on your everythingeaw download page, and I still don't get it :(

What happens is, I make the Mods folder in the FOC root folder. Then I put the Legacy mod in the mods folder just like every other mod I've used. I start it up, and before the loading splash for the mod, it craps out and locks up, giving me an error.

Any help would be appreciated.

Umm, you do know that this mod is for Battlefield 2142 not HL2?

Looks nice, I've always wanted to have more starting units to help me out in the beginning.

Notice, they said HD graphics will not be in the F2P one, NOT graphics as in the whole game.

Wow, sorry about all the computer problems. As for the mod, It's bound to be good, and anything good is worth waiting for so don't rush. We all like quality mods better than a trashy ones that have tons of bugs.

Well, if you looked at the numbers, the CIS had the GAR outnumbered 10 to 1 throughout the whole war, but did that make a difference? NO.

And we are all busy fighting the CIS, while you have people to spare as you send droids to do your fighting. That's how cowardly you CIS scum are.

Also, I don't think you should remove the "Flak" from the game, as it adds alot to the games vanilla boring combat. It makes it look more intense.

Yes, that is much better than the previous model.

Also, I would like it if you could use higher quality models in general, as the games graphics suck. What I'm saying is that it would be cool if you could make it so that the whole game looks better.

I love the helmet, I think the suit looks perfect. You did a really good job and the only thing I suggest is adding an antenna of some sort (like Commander Cody's from Star Wars on his shoulder) and a microphone for talking, kind of like the one on Jinzors avatar.

Yeah I'm looking forward to Byzantium too, but I would like to know if you could add the Tuetonic Knights. They were really powerful foot-Knights from Germany and conquered vast areas in Poland and the surrounding areas, bringing and converting the local populations to Christianity. You could google them and stuff if you need info on them and what they wore and stuff.

If you need an example, the Great Helmet or the Great Winged Helmet in Warband are both in the style that they would use, except that they might be painted white?

You must put the mods folder into the FOC main folder, and then install the part 2 into the main folder also. Then you do the RAM fix.

That worked for me.
