I have finally got the SGC in a position where I can release it.. Its small, contains the gate room, command room and a few hallways, a working stargate with a Forest planet and DHD at the other end.. loads of custom textures and sound effects... I planned to do so much more with it, but its done.. I am getting round to completing my unfinished projects so I can finally release them.. 2014 will be a year of completing those never released maps!

Cheers bud, its a busy time for me at work- what with the last few weeks of the academic year coming up I have go a LOT of computer learners to get through to achievement however once August gets here I am working on these maps to get them released!
Just putting together my old prequal mappacks into one pack, going to tidy up some of the textures and maybe recompile a few for better lighting.. I probably wont do any structural changes to them as that would take too long, but a bit of a visual update for 2011 and a release as one pack on here feels like a good idea to me.

Hey bud, pretty good really, I have a new job teaching Level 2/3 computing at a local college (some level design content) so that's kinda cool. Other than that I spend a lot of time working on the house (bit of DIY). As for 'outside of the JKA mapping' I am looking to find another game to map for.. something that maybe has a good star wars mod perhaps on the source or unreal engine, I just wish they would release a JK4....
I am thinking about adding the training area and crew quarters as seen in the Clone Wars TV show inside Kamino... what you think?

Hey JD, good to see you on here mate- hope you are goind ok? As for JKA, as long as there are players I guess I will map for it lol.. I really should find another newer SW game or mod to map for as learning a newer engine sounds fun, but I just love pushing the JKA engine to its limits lol.. Anyways moddb will be my new home so will be adding all of my maps over the next week or so..
