2- In short, what tomb spider already do but less efficient...hum.
The raw energy thing might be doable. Sounds like DE soul harvesting system in some way.

What about a damage buff when transporting infantry instead Vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net and maybe health buff/addition like when you attach a character to a squad? Dunno if it's technically doable but it sound more logical to me + I agree, Necrons have already many way to resurect troops.

Good stuff. My only concern is why IDH get a inc/pow cap buff? They (very) often have the highest economy score (gathered not spent I mean) when I check scores at the end of skirmish *scratch his head*

Sure and there's no point to build one if you don't have the ressources to use it's super weapon. Last time I 've just killed Angron with one shot of Aeonic Orb notorious As* Obliterator XD Actually Swarm Lord is the only unit that won't die with one shot I think(maybe Grand Master too).

Still it does not make sense (to me) trying to hire those guys. I won't make a dissertation to explain why. Hiring one of this guys would be for starting development of DOWIII (once you get the rights...) not to extend content of a mod XD.
About the creative thing errrr, there's none here, it is just about >>to reproduce<< something. No need of creativity, just some good reference pictures :P

Oh my...Sorry for what will follow but seriously, anyone with basic modelling knowledge can achieve a more than descent result... $700 for one ******* model is just a (bad) joke and this guy is a trickster if he is serious asking for such amount of money. I hope he will do animations and texture job at this price...
Now if you want to pay me $700, I'll make all Necrons units, texture job and even learn to animate if needed. Obviously I'm not serious here but trust me I would be totally able to achieve that. Learning to model became something easy today so why don't you try by yourself? It might even become a new hobby for you ;)

Ah that damn power ranger...I have that problem and it happened each time on different map. Reported on THB bug topic. With Necron with something like 15 sentry pylons (with the 25000 power upgrade...) and one Gauss Pylon all shooting at it together, they didn't even scratched it. So far, the only way I found is to send your strongest close combat units at it's feet. Portable nuke (SM chapter master for exemple) seems very good at taking it's shield down or to a point were it does not recover at lightspeed.

UA team, congrats for this Realease! Installation perfectly worked just by following the install protocol thing.

Atm I'm checking units in army painter and see (probably) mistakes while saving textures for some new units. Example: the new gargants, IG deathstrike missile part, Necron nighscythe to name few. They all have a transparency problem (probably an alpha channel in textures that should not be there. Tga textures saved as 32bits instead of 24 most probably))where you can see the (great) army painter background. I'll check if that's really a texture problem or is it maybe a model material property which is wrong?

Works perfectly fine if I add custom map into main UA folder, even if I play with Tyranid addon. Though you maybe have given a clue for some missing textures I have with few maps.

The only UA made maps I've never managed to get my hands on again arethe ones with foot prints all over the map. There was a night and day version if I remember well. Maybe in 1.72

Line of fire wariors decimating enemies? Those same lines that are as thin as a sheet of paper and easily torn to pieces by some few well deepstriked melee units?

Remember that dow is an old game and options are the same ones since the very first one. Might have saved some people with 2ghz single core Celeron XD

Idon't think he need to reinstall anything. There's an option in audio section of the game related to playing randomized voices. This is most definitely what the issue is: it is checked or unchecked (can't verify game options right now) hence the same taunt played again and again. I believe it is related to optimization to save processor ressources.

AI is easily 'disturbed' by anything. Last example for me was yesterday while playing team game with Tau: at some point, it spawned 2 generators in a place they couldn't reach and then stayed still the whole game doing nothing and when I say nothing, it really is. Did not spawned any troops at all because of that XD Played that same map again but sent 2 Wraiths to prevent builders to spawn any structures at this place, AI worked like a charm.
Sometimes AI 'suck' because one troop is stuck between 2 structures and that specific ubit, seems absolutely necessary to the AI to decide to send to battle all other units it has spawned, then, until that stuck unit/blocking structure is destroyed, nothing will happen *facepalm*
Edit, so it is the player responsibility (lol) to keep an eye to any weird thing that might happen during a game, and then try to fix the situation. A game within the game , some kind of unwanted DLC? XD
