Will this be in /r/iama or will it be on one of the gaming related subreddits? I didn't see anything on the 9th on IAmA so just figured I'd ask.

I guess I'll just watch to watch for one, I've been wanting a good background to use on my desktop.

Okay, that makes sense, I thought it was kinda odd that the resolution had changed multiple times, but people having different monitors would make a lot of sense.

But yeah, if you posted a 1080p, or maybe even a 3200 x 1800 image of a super star destroyer, or any of the star destroyers (if it was an armada of ISDs alongside an SSD that would be amazing) I would have no choice but to worship you people...

A lot of your screenshots you have been taking have been breathtaking, however, most of them have been in a lower resolution than 1920 x 1080, but your most recent image with the tie bomber was in 1080. Does this mean that we may be able to see some nice, high resolution images of a Super Star Destroyer? If so I would be the happiest person alive...

In case anyone doesn't know, CLARK has run into some troubles on the iOS App Store and there was another app called CLARK that was for a rental place, and there was some copyright troubles. So now, CLARK has to change their name, the logo design and everything about it.

They made a post somewhere and here is what it said:

The alpha was delayed again, for we ran into Copyright issues with our APP name. Whaaaaat? YES, there is a forklift producing international company that uses the name CLARK in the iOS app store for a rental managing promo app. This is awfull for us and forces us to change the name of the game to CLARC. That's why we have to build up a new logo design, IP, GooglePlay entries and so on ... this is a lot of work and cause the delay of the ALPHA.

I hope you will understand this.
We are working hard to fix this issue and hope to release the ALPHA soon. Fortunately we think that the new logo and type is getting better than the old one.

So, yeah... This is what's happened... I don't know why the devs didn't inform anyone of this, but here ya go.

Okay, so I finally got a copy of Freelancer off of Amazon, but now, I can't seem to figure out how to connect to the server... Is it an always up server, or is it only up when you want it to be? Is there something that I need to do to let myself access the server?

And another thing, I tried to use a LAN server and it wouldn't start up... It would sit there at half way the entire time...

FINALLY!!! Wait, now I have to restart everything so I can build my city based inside a wall... Probably needed to restart anyways, my location wasn't the greatest...

The way I usually do it is set up the archers in the back, and then the infantry men (usually your partners or low level helpers) sit ten paces in front of the archers to defend, and if I have speederbike men, they go and charge. I usually charge in and use a sword or saber to knock everyone down and split them up.

Which is another thing, if they are together, they are more powerful. If you can get someone to go and split them all up, when they start to charge you, your archers can easily pick one or two off instead of trying to take on the whole damn army.

This mod is fairly similar to the native game because you want even though everyone is ranged, the archer-type people use longer ranged weapons, while infantry will use pistols and vibro-axes/blades. SO yeah, same sort of tactics.

If you do this and make sure your infantry is IN FRONT of the archers, you'll do fine.

Okay, thanks for the info. And by the way, I wasn't giving suggestions to make it more like CoD, I was giving suggestions just to enhance the original Battlefront gameplay, to allow it to appeal to a wider audience or just make it a little more fun in different ways.

Oh, and a question about music, will we be able to download the music when you are finished with it? I heard the concept one you have here and I love it, I want to put in on my playlist....

Okay, the customization and such wasn't really that important I just figured I'd say it. As for the creating a character and the customization, the customization didn't necessarily need to be Skyrim detailed, more like pick a face from like ten preset ones (and gender and such) and then you don't look exactly like everyone else. That wasn't really that important. And then the customization stuff, I figured you could at least do something like create your own emblem or maybe your tag (like in Halo, CoD, BF) shows up on your character. The character stuff was just stuff I thought I'd say just for the hell of it, but the stuff I really did mean was seeing legs and torso, FP views in vehicles, and raising your weapon.. But ya, most of my suggestions/ideas/questions were just stuff I thought up on the spot and only said them because I explode if I don't say them... But thanks for the reply!

I have a question about this game, will you be able to see your legs and torso (similar to like Halo or Dark Messiah Might and Magic). The second is will you be able to see the inside of your ship (not like Battlefront II where it was just a HUD, more like Battlefield 3). And third, will you be able to customize your character and stuff? It always makes me mad when you play games and you can't look down and see your legs because I feel like a floating ball with arms sticking out... I also hate it when you walk up to a wall and your gun sticks out so will your gun come back and up (like Sniper Elite)... As for the ships, I love playing in first person just because I feel more immersed (lately though I've been playing 3rd) and so I hate it when the insides of ships are either ugly or non-existent. And the character thing, I want it to be like CoD in a way (I don't like CoD but this feature is nice) to be able to customize your guns and stuff, and so I think it would be cool if you did really good you could add stuff. Some stuff to add to your character would be something like, if you are just awesome at the game, and maybe you go an entire match without dying and have 100 kills, you get Jaig Eyes to put on your helmet and such. And then more on character, I want to be able to fully "create" a character like in Skyrim, make MY character in game, not be looking like someone else... Just a few suggestions (some of which I'm sure have been said but oh well).

Hey, how would I start a LAN server with this mod? Like if I wanted a LAN party with it installed?

What about Android? This looks like a really cool game and I'd like to be able to play it on my Droid 3, as well as my PC.

I thought it looked like the Malevolence... But planetary gravity zones are cool too...

Okay, I'm just a cheapskate... I don't like spending much... I've spent $200 on games on Steam in total, and I should've spent $600...

I would love to get a new laptop (I don't use desktops, I play games in a recliner), but I has no moneh... If I get one, I will probably go with a newer Lenovo with i7 processor and NVIDIA graphics card... But I just spent some moolah upgrading my current one so...

Well then I guess I couldn't run it, maybe... If that's the minimum I could stand a tiny bit of lag so...

It's okay, I was just messing around. This looks pretty cool! Much better than the old 2D top down Jurassic Park game I have sitting somewhere in the house, no clue where it ended up... I will definitely be tracking this game, I just hope my Pentium processor with Intel graphics can handle it...
