Same issue for me.

Its' unorganized and flawed. For example he has new companions that he call Bandittrainer instead of giving them proper names. Theres also a lot of bugs.

This is clearly a work of love. Fantastic job. Uniforms could use some work however. Look at the demo for the 1717 version of Imperial Calradia for superb uniforms (and maybe ask to borrow?). He only has it on his discord so far: Discord.gg

I would love a function which exists in many other mods (for example Gekojuko). It's a option to turn off companions leaving your warband. Currently this mod only has an option to disable their complaints.

Yes its a very strange bug. I can run huge battles with mods with far better graphics and same AI. Here it often starts to lag like crazy.

Dude, you need to post a changelog and description. Basic stuff!

Suggestions for new version:
1) Less lords and faction. The amount of parties on the map cause lag and make it difficult to speed up map travelling.
2) More variation in equipment for different factions.
3) Bigger battle number size or smaller parties.
