You are a legend!
I feel you. I think ZBlood would be a better fit, personally. That's the beautiful thing about modding, though.

Please make this happen.
Edit: Replied to the wrong post. My bad.
This is a post-Doom64 EX port. It's not as faithful as Doom64 EX might be, but it's very cool if you want to experience Doom 64 with the modability of ZDoom.
I'm loving the lights. Keep it up!
I would ALMOST buy SFIV just for this.
It's the new promotion by Valve; play Minecraft, get a hat.
Well, it's really a mix of the first and second. I do try to do everything from scratch, but if I need help, I open up an existing library to try and figure it out for myself. If that qualifies as doing it from scratch, there you go.
Read your comment and ask yourself who's the prick again.
Didn't you play the original Hexen games? They both had their obligatory tits. Just cos they're there doesn't mean you have to look at them.
I played it for a bit and it was interesting. A little different than I expected, but the way you need to switch between classes to beat levels is really cool. I don't have much to say since I only played for a few minutes, I'll give you a better opinion on it when I play it more, but I had to give my kudos after my first impression.
Both, but I prefer digital distribution because it works forever (well, as long as the medium exists). Although a lot of games I bought in stores or in bargain bins, I did end up repurchasing them through Steam (Doom, Heretic, Hexen, etc.)
It doesn't work with any new versions of ZDoom or Doomsday. Use Risen3D if you want to use a more modern source port or Marine's Best Friend if you want the Classic Doom feel.
