BBS will rock, even the original is still fun despite its age. One of the most anticipated zombie mods in my opinion.

crispy is right, this is a commercial game. the moddb profile and announcement is basically free advertising, i don't think there's anything wrong with that. i'm all for this getting as much publicity as possible and it being successful so more zombie related fun can be had by all.

i think the production values and attention to detail will be much higher than your average mod

this basically going to be a full singe player story type game, if you're asking why buy this, why do people buy half life source or whatever other game, you buy it cause you want to enjoy a good single player game, which i'm sure this will be. also i'm pretty sure this game will be coming out in chapters. I'm watching most of the zombie mods on moddb and as cool as some of them seem i don't think they can be compared. I'm willing to pay for a better gaming experience and a more polished game.

i'll buy this, i think it'll sell, someone mentioned that there's better zombie mods, i seriously doubt that, part of the reason that this is going retail is the amount of effort and detail that's going into this (which is more than would be warranted if they didn't sell it), this game is more than a mod, it's more like an actual game that is just using the source engine.

this will be a retail release, i've read from a number of sources, including pc gamer

there's seems to be a new dawn of war expansion coming the tau will be one of the races as well, will this mod continue ?
