It is "savegame-compatible". Because scenes are not saved in the savegame files.
First, you have to find your ACOK 8.0 folder.
If you play through Steam and did not change where it installs Warband, it will be
Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\48700\1397121559
Now, you better copy your ACOK 8.0 as a non-steam module and play from here, I think.
So, go to where your Warband installation is, which, by default in Steam will be
Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband
open \modules\
create ACOK 8.0 folder in there
copy contents of ACOK 8.0 Steam folder into that new folder.
there you will find \SceneObj\ folder in which the scenery files are located, and it is where you put contents of this fixpack (not the archive, but what is inside the archive, the xxx.obj files).

Stumbling - unremovable, but mitigated by having athletics skill. You could cheat yourself 10 athletics, it really does not make your character any more powerful, except for stumble removal.

1. In Prestayn family, an elderly member Donalo is a son to younger members Idario and Alia. Their other son Tenesio is only 5 years younger than Idario too.
Probably Donalo was meant to be the father.
#2 is retracted, it is just those were long-time fiefs. other fiefs have all kings of longbowmen.

4. In the last part of Sticks and Stones player is prompted to "return to Lysa Tully", but she is spawned in Eyrie for this part, while for the first part she was at the Gates of the Moon. Player would not know that if he never played previous versions.
5. Deserters faction is not hostile to Commoners faction. So Broken Men would not attack player-escorted Caravans and Noblemen.

1. Iron Island garrisons do not have any archers, Longbowmen or Veteran Longbowmen.
2. Guildmaster's Escort Trade Caravan quest may lead to centers of factions opposing Guildmaster's faction (maybe he is just trying to profit on some sweet wartime contraband?)
3. King's Attention: It is possible to jump over the fence and shoot adversaries.
4. [Balance] King's Attention: Mace-wielding adversary is too OP.

1. Westerlands Marbrand family lords are not related in "notes" (also prevents them from giving "rescue prisoner" quest).
2. "Deal with Looters" Guildmaster quest is still bugged - can be completed right after taking by speaking to guildmaster again (at least if player had killed any looter party ever, or maybe even if he did not.)
3. Lord Ralph Buckler tends to ride around in his "leathers" instead of a knightly armor.
The same for the Tourney at Ninestars.
