I haven't figured out if it is just the Tulius on the Empire side or the one for Skyrim. I thought maybe they are separate characters or maybe the mod moves him to Skyrim following the event. I only had the bug when playing StormCloaks or Skyrim tbh it isn't a huge deal just auto battles. Thanks for looking into it tho.
