The game PLAYS BY ITS OWN! I don't know how to explain, but it starts raising armies/declaring wars/taxing ON ITS OWN, as if I was playing with someone else and he continuously changed my stuff!

WILL ANYONE HELP ME? I'M HAVING A PROBLEM!
THE GAME PLAYS BY ITSELF, I SWEAR! I start a game as Italy, win against the blackshirts, and all of a sudden new units continue popping up on their own, relations increasing ON THEIR OWN with other countries and **** like that!

I really hope at least an user will help me.
I've started a new game with Italy. The chain of events leading to the civil war kicked in: I chose to fight against the fascists and, thanks to my military genius, I managed to reunite the nation. Something weird got my attention though. An unit of 45000 italian soldiers popped completely at random in Naples and with that unit I managed to hunt the remaining blackshirts
As I was saying, I win the war and something weird happens. After some months in game a GREAT WAR erupts, completely at random, and I find myself in siding with Germany, Austria-Hungary and its substates.
But it doesn't end here: new units start rising FROM OUTTA NOWHERE and I can't lead them. They automatically head to a strange place in the Soviet Union (enemy) and fight alone. I turned off the game at this point.
Did anyone experience something like this? How can I solve this?
