Sorry for the late reply! I didn't mod the political parties in any way so that is a strange thing for the game to get stuck on. I will update the mod to the newest version today so that everyone will be able to play it again.

The new Pharmacy building is the only in the game that is allowed to sell Prescription Medication. It also sells over-the-counter drugs and body care products.
