Hey can I open this mod simultaneously with another one?
With the Modern Age for example?

All of these are the full versions of the mod. You can just download the latest one.

2.1 version is out! The problem with acquiring state cb is now fixed. As well as economy is improved. Thank you for your responses! It is helpful in finding what part of the mod I should focus upon.

Thank you for your comment. The problem was that prices of all commodities in the game were set below 1 gold. I've fixed this, so now there is no such problem. The economy is now fixed.

SamWoodz - - 118 comments @ Hey! Are you still working on it? (Rome 2 Victoria)

Can you release it somewhere? I feel like somebody might take it and improve upon. It really looks incredible.

There are couple of events, which lead to the rise of ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Basically, if Iraqi primary culture is Shia_Arab, until 2014, then ISIS gets Mosul, Rutbah and Samarra and then if there is a Civil War in Syria, then the ISIS gets one of the Syrian provinces.

Well, it is for the latest version of Victoria 2. You could try to clean cache, that should help.

I already answered you a while ago, but...
If I got you right, then - I simply edit the map bmp in the paint.

You have to clear cache. Also, you need Hearts of Darkness DLC to launch the mod. And 3.04 version of the game is recommended.

It is harder than sounds, but not too hard, though. You have to open the map folder in the mod and open the provinces picture, then you can edit it in Paint.

If I got you right, you mean that the economy in the game is very hard or even impossible to play with. The problem is, that the Economy doesn't work very good with the modern pops (at least, my issue was here.), I made the economy at least possible to play with.

How I did it?
I made the prices, like this: For example, let's say oil prices are 50 $ in the beginning (I do not really remember the numbers right now, so they are of course made according to the real prices for the goods at 1992.), in my mod, it is 0.50 $, ok? simply put 0. before every price, the goods will cost less and thus it is possible for a player (as well as for a bot), to stabilize economy rapidly and then make even bigger profit.

Also, I added few events for the U.S, China, Russia and Germany, so they get some start-up money. Also, if you're good enough at Victoria's economy, you may play with the debt and find more ways of making money... I'm still thinking on what can I do about the economy, though.

I have an idea, but I don't know how to implement this. If there's anybody who can help, I would be so grateful.
The idea is: If in some country happens the Rebel Uprising, then all the GPs have an event, where they can choose to either support the government or the rebels. If the GP chooses to support, then the rebels becoming (somehow) stronger, for example, gain more support of the people. However, if the GP chooses to support the Government then the Government may again get more support of the people or/and some cash and weapons from the GP that chose to support it. Is there anyone who could help?

Do you have any idea, on how to solve this problem? :\. I'l be happy to make the mod better.
I guess I have to add military to all countries (or at least the GPs and Secondary Powers.*).
I will try to do that, if you have any other ideas, you're welcome to write them.

I'm also thinking on some changes in the mod, by the way*. I think to a little bit change Turkish event on emerging as a Great Power in 2004 and giving Iran such event instead. So Iran will become the GP instead of Turkey in early 2000s, but I'm not sure yet. Again if you have any thoughts, you are welcomed.

Hm... Everything should work fine. So you checked the cache, and it didn't work? I'l download mod myself and check, ok?
And yes, you have to be sure that you have Hearts of Darkness DLC installed.

Because in the real world, countries do not fight for the territories. International law does not allow this. Except for small precedents.
