I didn't change anything in dmb file.
Of course, OiM must work only with bi.exe because of horde features.
What happens if you create OiM .bat and run the mod by it, like by standart way for any mods..?

Put in Rome directory not RMK folder, but RomeMedievalMOD one as well as .bat file.

This is a problem of all mods using high quality unit models. Just wait 15-20 secs after a large battle, then go back to the strat map.

Hm, the roster doesn't have any phalanx unit, as I remember. Phalanx era is gone :)
