yeah also im going to say its actualy not hard to make flags its just hard to install them into yur mod so i admit i was wrong about it being hard to make a flag if you want i can give you a lik to a flagmaker if you want to try to update it your self. also im not trying to be a **** i tried it my self butt it didnt work

the only problem i see with Victoria 2 is after a while borders get ****** up and the pops sky rocket in the USA and Canada which makes them OP but a solution to the problem of economy just press ` and type goods 1000000000000000 to give u unlimited money as to not cause your country to go into a depression stage

this a suggestion like in v2 ultimate you should make the timeline start in any time you want and end in year 9999

ulimate mod goes until 9999 so you sir are incorrect
