A minor bugfix for the next update: the province in Canada where Halifax is located (I can't remember the name now) does have 2 level 1 Naval Bases. This doesn't allow the player to upgrade these Bases because the ( ) ONLY ONE PER STATE is checked with a X.

You have to run HPM first, start a game, then close vic2, open the launcher again and run ONLY SoE in order for it to work.

That happens because the first time you run HPM, the mod creates some folders inside Paradox Interactive/Victoria 2, and SoE use these folders.

I can't load the mod - I keep crashing at the end or middle of the loading. I have CK2 2.5.2 (YZAZ), all DLCs and my PC can run AGOT mod, which is far more resource-demanding, without problems.

I have crash problem. When I try to launch the game with the mod and just before the menu (in the end of the last loading screen)it's always crash.

I did it, but didn't resolved the problem.
