I'm sure players always want more about the Witcher world, especially with Netflix series around.
I have no news of a CK3 mod, so this ck2 mod is still the best Witcher world simulation that exists out there. And with CK2 base game being free to play, it's 100% free.
It depends on events during magic training, there are 3 outcomes when the child becomes adult:
- gain sorcerer trait (Become sorcerer)
- loose magic_talent trait (Learned to control talent)
- nothing (Didn't learn enough) - The notification for this one was bugged, I'll fix it.
I can't reproduce this (tried noth custom empire and unite the north), empire stays first/primary. Please add more details/screenshot if possible.
It seems the mod creator has given canon Nilfgaardian dynasties to the ruling Gemmeran and Etolian dukes, so I'm reluctant to change that as it would require lot of re-work.

Yes, the base game changes were minimal and did not conflict with the mod !
Unless I've made a mistake, the new game+mod checksum should be 3.3.0 (DTPP).

Hello, few things to check:
1) Verify that your CK2 version is 3.0.1 (CDYZ) when loading without any mod (and that it doesn't crash !) - if not verify files integrity in Steam
2) Check that you don't have any other mod activated in the launcher
3) Try re-installing the mod (though the .exe installer is pretty safeproof, not sure if that will help)
Could you give some more constructive feedback and explain what you think is missing to complete it ?

Exactly, version 0.9.1 will only work with CK2 2.8.3.x, so you need to rollback to that version via Steam Beta tab.

You're likely on patch 2.8.3.1, you'll need to use Moddb.com instead.

Double check that you are on recent patch 2.8.2.1 (SAHQ) when no mod is activated.
Other than that, are you using the Windows automatic installer ?
If doing a manual install, make sure to remove any previous installation beforehand, to prevent leftover mod files to corrupt the installation.
