I recently download the doom 2016 weapon pack for brutal doom v21 . its a great mod and that's how I got to know you . recently I have been thinking about adding mods for my personal use , doing changes that suits me well . I like to know where should I start , what things do I need to learn ? what programming languages ? what skills do I need ? are there any tutorials on internet that I can start with ?
