Idle animation cost much frames and script size and there is a script limit, I have deleted many things unnecessary to make more units and stuff, so some units won't have idle animation.

I like your suggestions, but they're impossible to make units have less accuracy on a target, I think. But it's possible to decrease the accuracy of a target attacking a unit under a tree or on higher ground.
The idle animation is not too fast, but I think Hydra is a little bit fast, and I already remade it and changed it to original Hydralisk, the ones you're saw in this video is Hunter Killer.
Anyway I will fix some problems soon, and thanks for your help

Z:Zerglings: Approach ability
T:Elite Marines: +10 HP, Gauss Riffle: 8dmg
Mid game:
P:Mothership
Z:massive forces
T:Predators:Anti-infantry + mass EMarines + mass Marrauders
Late game:
P:Mothership + Carriers + mass Zealots
Z:Broodlords + Devourers + massive forces
T:Thors + Battlecruisers(massive fire power)
