To install This on non steam version of Half Life you still have to have a steam version available to get a .wad file from:

Please Go into You Steam apps Folder/Common/half-life

Then you Grab the halflife.wad and Rename it to Half-Life.gcf

and put it into your Non Steam Version of Half-Life
