Also,
material "skybox/sky_borealis01_hdrrt" not found.
For some reason hammer can't find that part of your skybox, check that you haven't got a typo in the name or that its in the right folder.

Do you have any idea of how long it takes to finish projects like this? It's a hobby project. People aren't paid to make mods, they do it for fun in their spare time. I'd hardly call 4 mods 'flooding the site'.

15 maps isn't too much work for this kind of game. A lot of the later maps involve lots of scripting and boss fights so they might take a bit longer. If I devote a day to car-poral keys I normally get 2-3 maps done.
The main thing that takes time is animation.
Mod ain't dead, don't worry guys - recently overcame a rather large issue I had regarding NPCs moving...only took me 2 months to figure out I was missing 4 letters in the qc :L

How far along are you with incorporating steamworks into the mod?
Is that a brush based chair? Try using propper to fix it, or copy paste it into a new map file and convert your vmf to an smd with this Developer.valvesoftware.com
You can then import your smd into 3ds max/milkshape/blender and texture it and then compile it as a model.

The texture looks a little bit flat and plasticky imo. Might want to work on it a bit. The model itself looks great though!
It looks nice, but I think (especially for a multiplayer shooter) you should tone down the fog a lot. You can hardly see 3 metres in front of you, that's going to make it very difficult to play.
