Keeping everything synced is really one of the major challenges in multiplayer coding, I guess. Even industry studios have their issues with this from time to time. Keep it up! :-)

That's true. The guinea pig (Scott) is currently a placeholder asset, so he will be as colourful as the surrounding in the final game.

Enemies will be added within a couple of days, yes. There will be several enemy types.
The game won't be linear but you can travel through places and re-visit them to find new items you need like in a roleplay game. So I cannot estimate the gameplay time yet :)
