The bonuses normally found when playing Doom or Brutal Doom, plus a few bonuses that don't exist natively in Brutal Doom, such as the sphere shown in the image. When you collect an item, there's always a description to go with it. There are four "exotic" bonuses and perhaps I'll come back to them later, after all BD 22 is far from finished.

And I've yet to find the right balance for loot. Once I've tested it further, I'll probably come back to it.

For some reason, you have to play with heroic mode activated.

The button that asks you to skip the level-up presentation screen (I by default) doesn't work. As a result, once the first level has been reached, it's impossible to continue.

Nice mod, though.

I just corrected a small error on the map at the level of a door, the texture was corrected as well as the position of the door.

Some minor corrections on the map, the lights in the tank area have been removed because they were overflowing the area and have been replaced by dynamic sectors and lights.

Normally I didn't use any feature specific to Brutal Doom so that it remains compatible in theory with other mods.

But incompatibilities can sometimes occur. And some elements probably work less well.

Minor texture correction, i suggest to download the new version.

It's almost imperceptible but basically a texture I reserve for Hell was used on a UAC elevator and I distinguish everything human and Hell.

I had already corrected this problem on the previous maps, I thought I did it on this one too.

Edit: I just tested the map and I have no such concerns with PB or platinum.

Maybe this comment applied to other, uncorrected versions of the map.

I don't disagree that the mod has some good ideas, but honestly, when it comes to difficulty...

Some of the encounters are death sentences, like the encounters with the controllers. I don't know what you've doped them with, but they've become veritable living gods against whom nothing and nobody can do anything. Every time I see one, it's too late, and I'm dead without even knowing where he is. It's frustrating beyond anything you can define.

This version is full of good ideas, but I must admit that the difficulty is really frustrating compared to Brutal Doom 21. It's almost torture to play it in the end. x)

I don't know. I test my maps mainly with BD 21, and a bit of Project Brutality. There are already small incompatibilities with the latest Project Brutality builds due to a small file conflict.

This map was designed for BD 21 and I have tested it several times with no problem.

I imagine, however, that using additional submods is not recommended.

The description of the map that you do not give here means nothing to me. There is only one more map here. No map 3.

By the way, someone made a video of the map with Project Brutality and it worked fine.

I managed to finish the vanilla version with Brutal Doom 21 and PB in ultra violence without dying once.

But it's true that it can be very complicated.

Keep in mind that this version can quickly turn out to be big nonsense due to spawners.

If you have performance concerns, it is better to stay on V2.

I'm a mapper from time to time for Brutal Doom, and my signature map, Broken H-eart-h was created under rough conditions on April 14 with the death of my grandfather, so I can imagine.

In theory you can but it is rather designed for Brutal Doom or Project Brutality.

Trailblazer must be able to function I think.
